Tahoe Beach & Ski Club offers family-friendly condos with spacious living rooms, full kitchens or kitchenettes, and wireless internet. Options include studios with one queen bed and a full sofa sleeper, one-bedroom units with a king bed, a queen sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette, and townhouses with a king bed, a queen sofa bed, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette featuring a spiral staircase. The Cabin, also known as the bungalow, includes a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, a seating area with a sofa, and a patio with a garden view. The Townhouse apartment features a cable TV, seating area, a dining area with a microwave and refrigerator, and provided kitchenware.

The Tahoe Beach & Ski Club is located on a seven-acre property next to Lake Tahoe. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, heated year-round, two outdoor hot tubs, and a private sandy beach with swimming and sunbathing space, gas grills, and shaded tables. There is a fitness center featuring cardio equipment, free weights, flat-screen televisions, a sauna, and showers. Sport courts are available for tennis, pickleball, and basketball. The Tahoe Room offers a pool table, puzzles, board games, (3) 4k flatscreen televisions with streaming, books, free movie rentals, hot tea, coffee, and hot cocoa. Weekly coordinated activities include glass etching, TBSC trail mix, bingo, TBSC movie night on the Beach, and TBSC welcome meeting.

Available services include bike rack storage, luggage carts, and on-site security. The Carson and Baldwin buildings have elevators. A lobby computer and internet access are available. Weekly coordinated activities are offered. Tennis, pickleball, and basketball equipment are available upon request. ADA accessible rooms are available upon request, including shower chairs. The resort provides elevators, ramps, wheel chair lifts and/or alternate entrances without steps for guests.

Tahoe Beach & Ski Club is near Ski Run Marina (0.5 km), El Dorado Beach (1 km), and Thomas F Regan Memorial City Beach (2 km). Other landmarks within 2 km include the Wyland Galleries, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, Tahoe Art League Art Center & Gallery, Pacific Crest Gallery, South Tahoe Ice Arena, Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, and Bijou Community Park. The resort is also located for South Shore casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, and Stateline, Nevada. Reno-Tahoe International Airport is 100 km away.

Guests have access to various activities. In winter, there is skiing at Heavenly Ski Resort. During summer, recreational options include cruising the lake, hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Kirkwood Mountain Resort offers hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, and fishing. Ski Run Marina rents water toys, standup paddleboards, kayaks, jet skis, paddle boats, and water trikes. Guests can gamble at the South Shore casinos, including Harrah's Lake Tahoe, Harvey's Lake Tahoe, Montbleu Resort, Casino and Spa, or the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe. The Shops at Heavenly Village offer stores, food, cinema, ice skating, mini golf, and a gondola.
